Sengled appoints Steve Rose as Head of Sales UK & Ireland
New head of sales to expand retail presence in new territory
London, 3 August 2015. Sengled, a leading manufacturer of innovative smart lighting solutions for the smart home, today announces the appointment of Steve Rose as head of sales, UK and Ireland. This new role has been created following the launch of Sengled’s range of smart lighting solutions in the respective countries. With immediate effect, Mr Rose will be responsible for establishing distribution and retail partnerships as well as the increase of brand presence in store.
Mr Rose has extensive sales experience and specialises in the setup and development of new channels. In addition, he has excellent experience and connections in both the CE and FMCG retail markets. With the appointment of Mr Rose, Sengled sets the foundation for the strategic development of its store presence in one of the most important European markets for consumer technology products.
Mr Rose joins Sengled from Turtle Beach (Europe) Ltd, a manufacturer of audio solutions for the video games platforms PlayStation and Xbox. There, he was responsible for managing key accounts such as GAME, Tesco and DSG in his role as senior national account manager. Before joining Turtle Beach, Mr Rose worked for big brands such as Mattel, Swatch UK Ltd and Sony UK Ltd.
